Please note that staff can only be added to your online booking after you have booked an inflatable and/or soft play package, and that supervision is on a one to one basis i.e. 1 castle = 1 member of staff.

LOW DEPOSIT - 20% Booking Fee (rounded up to the nearest £5.00) is required at time of booking to reserve your items. Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred once to an alternative date within 1 year!?
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE - We hold £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.
SAFETY TESTS - All our inflatables are tested annually by an RPii Inspector to latest safety standard BS EN14960 and PIPA tagged - the ONLY Safety Test recognised by the HSE. Our electrical equipment is PAT tested.
WET WEATHER GUARANTEE - If it’s raining on the day of your party and you don’t want the castle, just call us before 9am on the day and we can arrange an alternative date. Booking fees are transferable up to 1 year!?
